Second Half Connections

One of the keys to successful aging is the maintenance of social contact and healthy relationships. Too often, especially as our circle of friends shrinks through death or distance, or a change of location radically alters our social setting, many people (not just seniors) become isolated and withdrawn. This section presents discussion of these issues and ways to help seniors maintain — and develop anew when necessary — a healthy network of "second half connections."
